GIGAGREEN, represented by Silvia Bodoardo, our project’s coordinator, participated in the Transport Research Arena 2024, from April 15th to 18th. There, our project shared a booth with all the rest of the projects that are part of the Battery Heroes clustering group: NoVoc, BatWoMan and greenSPEED.
TRA, the Transport Research Arena, is Europe’s premier conference on transport and mobility, convening researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss and advance sustainable and inclusive transportation solutions across all modes and aspects of mobility. It provided an ideal platform for GIGAGREEN to showcase their commitment to advancing sustainable and inclusive mobility through our novel electrode and cell component manufacturing processes.
At the conference, attendees had the opportunity to learn more about Silvia’s work not only through GIGAGREEN, but also in the entire field of battery innovation, through the “Meet the experts” session. Apart from this, many synergies were created within the battery value chain: from industry players to policymakers or other researchers (including young researchers), many people came to the Battery Heroes booth to talk about these four change-making initiatives.
